Designed for curious travellers, food lovers, and home cooks alike, each morning class begins with a walk through the restaurant gardens, where guests are introduced to seasonal herbs, native vegetables, and ingredients commonly used in Cambodian cuisine. Along the way, you will learn about local produce, traditional flavors, and the philosophy behind Lum Orng\u2019s farm-to-table approach.<\/p>\n

Back in the kitchen, guests will prepare four carefully selected dishes inspired by the Lum Orng menu and Chef Sothea\u2019s interpretation of New Mekong Cuisine. The experience combines practical cooking techniques with stories, cultural insights, and a deeper understanding of Cambodian food traditions.<\/p>\n

Chef Sothea and his team have spent years sharing Cambodia\u2019s culinary heritage through cooking experiences at Mahob Khmer and their organic farm near Isann Lodge. Today, the Lum Orng Cooking School continues that journey through a more contemporary exploration of regional Cambodian flavors and seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n
